"Joy and Allison helped us find a rental here in Jacksonville. We lived in Colorado and weren’t able to come out and visit before moving out. They were so kind and told us “we won’t let you live anywhere we wouldn’t live”. They so graciously sent us multiple rentals to view, went and virtually toured the one we loved and helped us get in touch with the property manager to apply. Upon arrival, our condo is gorgeous and in an amazing neighborhood with many shops and restaurants. We love it and are so grateful for Joy and Allison!!
